Neurokinex Hemel

neurokinex is the best at what they do and give you full on sessions that not many places can provide. The facilities are fantastic, a whole gym! The team do their utmost to motivate you even when you don't feel like doing anything and push you further than you could at home. Expensive but worth it in my opinion, give it a try and even if you can't afford it for long you'll wheel or walk away with more knowledge on what you can do yourself to stay fit.

I wish to place on record an outstanding personality Zak; he is a incredible young man. My sessions were really relaxing and at the same time rewarding. I have been going to Neurokinex for over a year now. I was injured almost 20 years ago and before coming here I never thought I would make improvements. It has been the best thing I have done in forms of exercises. My core, walking has improved so much. The trainers are amazing and always pushing you to the limits. Physically and mentally I feel reborn again. Neurokinex is a massive part of my life.
