I am a skier and I wanted to try something new so I booked beginner snowboarding lessons. As amazing as my snowboarding instructor was, it was clear to me that I am not a snowboarder. Because I was so happy with the snow centre I was interested in getting some skiing lessons instead to improve my technique. I approached a staff member called Marcus and explained I was interested in skiing lessons but was not sure for which level. Marcus was friendly, amazing, thoughtful and helpful, he really took his time to assess which skill level I was at! Was really happy with Marcus and the service he provided, saved me a trip back to the ski centre as well as money!

Great indoor ski slope with a separate practice slope for beginners. Snow feels good and is well maintained. Rarely long lines for the button lifts. Picking up and returning equipment is quick and easy.

Had a Level 2 Snowboarding lesson yesterday evening with Sarah and she was the best! She constantly motivated us and gave us each feedback on every single run we did. I felt she genuinely cared when the group achieved each little step which could be seen as small to a professional but was massive to us and she supported that. Nothing was too much trouble (I mean I fell and dragged her down with me and she still dared help me again so I could keep trying a move I was having trouble with!). Everything crossed I have her for level 3 Sunday (hint hint Snow Centre!)
