Worked with Jeffrey, Mark and Tony to set up delivery of a vehicle the day after we arrived in the UK after living in Canada for many years. Other vendors didn't seem able to facilitate a subscription with the time difference (-7hrs) and it became all too difficult so I gave up on them. Mycardirect were very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure all my questions were answered and a couple of issues resolved. Pricing was very competitive and a well equipped shiny new vehicle arrived as promised. I shopped around a bunch of vendors and they were by far the best.

The process was very straightforward and easy. Be sure to check with your sales advisor about the specs of the car you are requesting, as mine was advertised with a certain package, but not delivered with such package. MCD was quick to apologize and discount my rate to make up for it. Overall I am quite happy

After having a frustrating experience with an auto brand subscription service whose process demanded huge amounts of my personal information for what was extremely opaque and unhelpful process I almost swore off car subscriptions altogether. We contacted mycardirect to see what their process was and got a speedy callback from Duncan who was very reassuring and clear about what information they needed and how long it would take. I was able to get the car much faster and for a better monthly price than the other place, but more importantly the service is much more personal and you get to deal with actual people! Every step of the way the communication has been excellent and immediate and everyone weve dealt with at the company has been so lovely - particularly Mark and Tony who were both very patient with all my questions!
