Prestige Car Hire

This is the second time that I have hired a car through PCH, and once again I have had an outstanding experience. The car was dropped off at our house at the time requested and after a short period running through the paperwork we were shown around the vehicle to confirm the very minor pre-existing scuffs. Following this Ed offered to run us through the operation of the controls, but having driven something similar in the past we declined. The car itself was out of this world and has to be driven to be believed, but suffice to say that this Audi R8 ticks all the boxes. Its worth noting that the R8 that I received was the Performance model, which is even more hardcore than the standard and was a pleasant surprise. Following the hire, the car was picked up promptly and after a short inspection the paperwork was signed and returned to me to confirm that there had been no additional bumps or scratches. The hold on my credit card for the deposit was removed the next day with no issues. All in all it was another great experience with this company, who were friendly and professional. I can't recommend highly enough.

Dissapointing to be put frankly. Renting a vehicle and have it be 'not available' 2 days before the booking once is bad as it is now imagine it happening twice. As a groom i felt as if Prestige has made me stress for no reason coming upto my big day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked a second time (same vehicle) but once again received an email saying that the car has issues and is not available for my booking. An alternative was not given and made my life hell. Personally would not book with them and would highly recommend Platinum Executive Travel! Vehicle: Ferrari F8 Tributo Worker: Lindsey

Information could be much clearer as to what is required to actually collect the car. The car was immaculate and clean. Would definitely rent from here again when required next time.
