Told me they had a car for me to see but when I got there after doing a 50 minutes drive it was sold they didn't even call me to tell me .. So never use them again I purchased next day a Mercedes from another garage

Had the best ever experience of buying a new car from this dealership. I was browsing the showroom with no intention to buy but was able to test drive that same afternoon. Was warned of a 7 month wait for a new EV but Chisala looked through available stock and I was able to drive away my new 23 plate EQA last Wednesday just 2 weeks later. Overall experience was excellent in terms of customer care. My only slight issue was that automation of documents was a little impersonal and rarely matched what had been agreed over the phone/email.

Have been a customer of Mercedes at Apsley for many years and have always received top notch customer care. Rob and his team in the servicing department go above and beyond to provide us with an amazing service, always so helpful, even providing us with umbrellas when we popped to the shops in the rain! Absolutely 5 star rating. On the occasions we have needed to borrow a car if ours had to stay with them we have been given a top of the range vehicle.

NEVER TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. WE BOOKED OUR CAR IN FOR RECALLS AND ON RETURN ITEMS WERE MISSING FROM THE CAR. MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER! Zero Rating!!!
