        I received some very useful help from Mr Nanveet Singh, Senior Accounts Manager. Not being very good on computers, I was unable to open the invoice I received. I think my computer did not have the right programmes. When I explained this to him, he very kindly & promptly resent the invoice in an easily downloadable form. He was very kind &| generous throughout. Many thanks Mr Singh Jennifer Mulchinock
