SCAM! I ordered Dylon wash dyer pods and followed the instructions meticulously, and the pictures show the result. Obviously the product is faulty somehow but the customer service reps insisted (in a very demeaning and accusing manner) that I was at fault and that no refund would be issued. Ive lost 42 in product value and 30 on the bedspread and am so utterly disappointed in this product, this company and their approach to their customers.
