Very bad company and customer service to. It say it was delivered. Funny that as I was in all day and no one came. The delivery driver must of had it away. Never use them if I'm posting something. Doggy company. No good phoning then as u just get a robot.

InPost - beware! Extremely poor! Absolute shower of the proverbial ****!!! Purchased 114 worth of Hornby steam engine from seller on ebay which he sent in a cardboard box approx 400 x 200 x 250mm. Received all of the usual 'parcel is on the way', 'we have your parcel' etc. but InPost failed to send the email which said 'we are currently screwing you over'. We eventually received a grey polythene postal bag, bearing barcoded, professionally printed labels that stated the correct tracking number but also labels bearing the names Yodel, InPost & CitySprint. Inside the plastic bag (quick re-cap - a box was sent) we found a pair of girls sandals, size 6, in pink, in a worn/used condition. Naturally, we contacted the seller - who immediately thought we were trying it on, don't blame him, we would too! Ebay involved in a resolution that is yet to happen, seller trying to get answers from InPost but is getting 'We are extremely busy at this time'. After a lot of searching on the InPost web site, we found a clause that basically says that InPost can open any parcel for inspection & accepts no responsibility for damage or loss. Reading other posts on the web, InPost lockers can take more than one parcel, so send a parcel, open a locker & if you fancy what's inside, help yourself. If you're old enough to remember, it's a modern version of Take Your Pick! Naturally, any tracking system shows a completed delivery, as the correct tracking number is on the bag that we received. The simple answer would be to obtain a copy of the photograph taken as the delivery driver was handing over a grey plastic bag to my wife - but applying for such proof online results in a screen message to say that there is high demand at the moment & delays are likely. Hmmm!, Let me guess, long enough delays for claims to exceed a time limit - what, me, cynical????! If this is down to dodgy locker users, it's an InPost problem as their lockers allow theft. If this is not down to lockers but more down to unscrupulous InPost employees, it's an InPost problem as they employ thieves. Make no mistake, the loss of property in any carrier system is theft, initially or eventually - valuable items sent do not merely vaporise, even if they are found in a depot at a later date, where do they end up? Lost an iPad? No one will throw that away when it turns up weeks after the event. The excuse that 'all carriers are the same' is no excuse & certainly not an advert or recommendation.

unfortunately I can't give 0 stars as that what this useless company deserves. the website functions like its been designed by a 5 year old. most of the times it doesn't work. contacted customer services to point out the obvious problems that occur when using site and they recommended I use another company. I reccomend everyone uses another company. Hopefully this company goes bust and gets bought out by people that know how to run a business as they have lockers in great locations.

The worst experience with delivery services ever, even worse than Royal Mail. In comparison to polish Inpost, they couldn't come up with an idea to inform the receiver that the parcel cannot be delivered to the chosen locker not even saying about trying to place it in another closest locker. Totally not recommended.
