        I would like to thank Sue Evans for making the stressful situation of claiming storm damage straightforward. I contacted Sue on the day of the storm, moments after part of my brick wall had calapsed under the sheer ferocity of the winds. Within minutes Sue replied and actually called to reassure me. Even on a Saturday!! I have been using Sue to look after myself and my Mother for over five years now. She has always been polite, courteous, extremely patient, understanding and helpful.
