    Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding the FX15 x2 Breakdown. Our company has two air-driers from your company, both of which have experienced issues at the same time and are under warranty. Despite numerous attempts, we have struggled to get in touch with you. As we approach May, one of the air driers is still awaiting repair and return to us, even though the item is owned by your company. I would like to bring to your attention the problems we have encountered with your service. We have been forced to call out an engineer to inspect our items, as you did not agree to take them back to your yard for repair under the warranty. Shockingly, the engineer spent only 20 minutes with the items but we were billed for over 2 hours of labour, which cost more than the item itself. Additionally, we were booked in to bring the items to your yard ten days later, but were informed that you needed to look at them and then order the necessary parts. This is an example of overcharging for a service that has not been provided. Despite our best efforts to contact you, we have not received a response from you for three weeks, which is unacceptable. The incompetence of your company has resulted in massive breakdowns on our equipment, which cost us over 60,000 pounds. We urge you to contact us immediately, otherwise we will be forced to seek legal advice as we have suffered significant losses due to your poor customer service. In light of the issues outlined above, we advise caution when dealing with your company, and we look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully, Adrian Williams
