Issues with adding new stations to a brand new radio. Their support team say "I am afraid due to an issue with our third-party internet radio service provider, we cannot currently add new internet radio stations or update the information relating to existing stations. We apologize for this but, unfortunately, we cannot provide a timeline at this point for when a resolution will be reached." Try getting a refund - they just ignore you.

Bought a new Pure Evoke C-F6 at an auction. Although at first i was happy with the unit, soon the cd-player began making scratching noises. Because of the high shipping costs (30 euro's), i waited a while to send the unit back. Finally i did on the promise that Pure would either fix the issue or send a new unit back. Then the problems started. To make a very long story short: Suddenly they couldn't fix it or send me back a new unit. The customer service offered to send me a cheaper model (which was not what i payd for) or a refund. The refund was useless because i couldn't by the same unit back for that price. Then i've waited for 5-6 months on the promise that new stock would arrive in december. When the wait was finally over, they did not recieve any stock. And to make matters worse, they also suggested i should take one of there solutions since i was eating away my waranty. So now i was down 30 euro's for a shipping fee. They've broken several promises and suggested that while i waiting for a solution, my waranty was going down the drain! Finally i gave up and took my losses. Never in my live have i been this appalled by a customer service. I'm still flabbergasted by this Pure hatred for customers!
