If I could give zero stars I would. Waited an hour for food only for the wrong order to arrive. When we spoke to staff they said oh dont worry re order another day and we will make it! clowns. Also they cut off our phone call to complain and we had to call back. Staff were unhelpful and didnt get our food. We were regular customers. Now Ill never go there again. Completely unprofessional.

Delicious curry - fresh and full of flavour. The Tawa Tak-a-Tak is a real delicacy. Highly recommend!

So disappointed. We have ordered from Pata quite a few times since they opened & they used to be brilliant but the last couple of times its not. Last time we ordered they were over 30 mins late delivering & the food wasnt as nice as usual but we put it down to them being busy. However this weekend we tried again & they didnt deliver our order at all. They were late delivering again & then after delivery we realised we had the wrong order. Called them & they couldnt have been less interested. They offered to resend the order the next day because they were to busy to sort it out that night?! When we refused so they said theyd refund the order but not before cutting off the phone call so I had to call back. Since then Ive not had a refund so have had to raise a dispute with the bank. Bit sad because we used to love their food but wont be ordering with them again.
