First of all when I walked in there was no one at the counter. this wasn't an issue, but when the door to the kitchen opens you'd expect them ro at least acknowledge you. door was closed amd them some e then appeared with no greeting and on the phone. Well, I don't talk to people while they are currently already in conversation as I think its rude. Still with no greeting and the phone now on loud speaker I probably should have walked out, but I placed an order for a sheek kebab roll in a naan bread with salad, mint and chilli sauce. my food arrived about 5 minutes later, got home as I only live up the road. no naan bread, but a chapati, no chilli sauce and mint sauce. mayonnaise and some lettuce. when I have ordered good from here before it was generally quite hot in taste, but since it has changed from koh-i-noor I think it was called it has rapidly gone down hill. no customer service and the quality of food is poor.

Shame they have cut back on ingredients. Three times now only two small bits of chicken in the curry. Been a customer for years but looking elsewhere now

My order before tonights was a chicken biriani which I took back for a refund because the chicken was burnt and uneatable. That was a few months ago. I thought I would give them a last chance tonight and I ordered a chicken bengal jalfrezi which is supposed to be very hot which I like. It looked okay. The peppers and onions lovely soft and sweet. But NO chilies No heat at all just very sweet. Cant be bothered to take it back. I will never use them again. They are rubbish. Indian spice cant cook a curry. Much better reliable restaurant opposite.
