Absolutely awful housing trust. Do not respond to repair requests, Book appointments for annual house inspection and don't even turn up or call to notify. In 5 years only had 2 house inspections. Our previous landlord (Catalyst) was amazing in comparison. If you can, avoid as landlord. I have read some reviews from different areas(I'm in Bucks) and the reviews are very different to mine.

My boiler has started leaking and I was told that as it's not gushing out it's not an emergency so I was told that I would have to wait 6 days before they were able to repair it
