I joined this gym more than 2 years for Covid 19, when I moved Bennetts end I not in regular but after that most of time I visit its very clean and neat through out the day all staff is very cooperative z as bad friendly. I personally like because its only ladies gym.

I have recently joined to initially do a couple of weekly classes which Im really pleased with so far. Nicola has been friendly & helpful with my enrolment. Although Im yet to use it the gym area looks tidy, clean and well equipped. On a whole it is a lot less intimidating then gyms can be sometimes.
