        Fantastic club, definitely the best all round martial arts and fitness club in Hemel Hempstead! Everyone so knowledgeable and friendly! Made to feel welcome and not intimidating at all! Would highly recommend

        Amazing club to train at highly knowledgeable and welcoming - open to all ages and abilities - I trained for 6 years and my fitness and confidence drastically improved as did my health ! After a road traffic accident left me with back injuries and mobility issues - I have started training again and its helping improving my mental health , fitness, strength and confidence again - tried many things that hasnt helped and I cant imagine what else would have helped me more - blood pressure , diabetes all improved since being back thank you streetwiseslef defence Richard farmer
