        Oh look theyve chsnged their name hoping they can rip off more people Total scammer that overcharge you by at least 100 for the same room you can book yourself which means you are buying worthless vouchers (scam)

        The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a voucher for mums 80th Birthday. Unable to book online, emails and voice messages not replied to. It was supposed to be a wonderful present but it has turned into a costly nightmare. I will be insisting on a refund. Please dont book with them. Its been a very stressful experience.
