        Colin the Gas Engineer visited as planned for boiler service. He was on time, very professional and done the job to the highest standards. He also went above and beyond to reset the Hive thermostats and ensured everything is working before he left. Rachel in the office is very good. She managed to find an urgent slot for the service next day itself. All documentation received on the day of service without any follow ups. Good value! Overall great experience; will recommend to my local friends.
