The plumbing issue was readily understood and the solution thoroughly explained. There were good communications and the work was carried out efficiently and effectively at the specified time. No mess was made and the work was professionally completed by a polite and good humoured worker. I was very pleased with the outcome and would have no hesitation in using this service again. It was good value for money.
