        Managed to supply and fit a carpet that other carpet places didn't want to. Fairly courteous and easy to deal with when ordering, but the fitters made a bad impression, rushing the job and made install decisions without asking us. Lots of fraying around the edges of the carpet. Wouldn't use them again. Edit: contacted them about the poor install and manager promised to come and take a look. After the first exchange he never replied and never visited.

        I recommend CRC because the staff have loads of experience and know-how. There is a large choice of carpets. The fitter did a neat job. Good value for money! Altogether I think CRC was a good choice and I will use again.
