        Walked in and asked for a chip butty to be looked at like an alien and told no !! Rude - wheres all the traditional chippies gone ? Try and support small businesses but this is how youre treated.

        Update: not sure if new management, but the shop did take my contactless payment on request. The food was very good and Im happy as its is my local chippy and I can now use them! Well done! Tried to buy f+c but discovered they only take cash in these times thats crazy, went to Dolphin fish bar in Abbots Langley who took my card and were several better priced. Its a shame but reading the recent reviews its hard to see how they can survive if they dont move with the times, credit card machines are not expensive, but as someone new to the area they just lost repeat business. Bit short sighted
