        Awful customer service: the fiddly and complex aerial attachment had worked dangerously loose on my Pure radio. I requested assistance/advice several times from Pure 'customer service' - with no response. When they did eventually get back to me they suggested I buy a new radio - beyond belief! (and disgustingly wasteful). I got the problem fixed at my local volunteer Fixers project (no commercial repairers would agree to look at it - Pure's bad reputation)

        Would happily give negative rating if possible. I have an old Chronos II CD, DAB radio on which the volume control no longer works, no sound whatsoever. These absolutely useless people don't offer a repair service, and only give a link to ebay. This offers a discount for items that I don't want. Absolutely no idea about customer service or aftercare. Steer clear of this firm.
