The lady at the counter was extremely rude, after reading the comments from others it seems like she is always like that. I would advise you to go somewhere else with better customer service and a cheaper price. I spent 20 to wash and dry my clothes

I went in a while ago to ask about alterations to a skirt as per signage on the shopfront. The lady behind the counter was extremely unhelpful and bordering on rude. No greeting at all despite her being unoccupied and place being completely empty. Short, abrupt and vague answers to my questions. The attitude was so poor I even suspected it was a racism thing. However, I see from the reviews here that others have had similar experiences at this establishment. Responses to bad reviews from the proprietor almost always blame the customer and show an unwillingness to accept criticism, learn from mistakes and improve service. I would suggest going elsewhere if you care at all about customer service.

Had a very good experience at this store today. The chap was very helpful and catered to my needs as if nothing was too much. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I really would not recommend this place to anyone. I experienced the worst customer service Ive ever had. Ever! The old lady at reception should retire, her attitude from the moment I walked in was appalling and unwarranted. I took 2 work shirts& 2jumpers to get CLEANED. They first didnt have anything ready in the agreed time. when I finally collected my clothes I realised non, of my clothes had been cleaned!! When I asked the old grumpy lady about this, she was disgusting! insisting I didnt asked for it to be washed and it wasnt not her problem. So unless you want to pay to get your clothes rubbed with a drier sheet I dont recommend. I asked for a refund and was flat out told no. I asked to speak to the boss and was flat out told no. I would honestly not recommend you waste your money on this place. Its not even the cheapest they are just local to me so Ill have to look elsewhere but Ive never had such bad customer service.
