I was keep trying to call them to get some information few times . They never pick up the phone .. (during the day time ) very lazy receptionists working ..they should retire and give someone who capable to work.. worse experience ever ..

Always had the best experience with this GP practice, good service and got consultations when needed for myself and my child

Posting this on behalf of a friend. Today she spoke with Dr Raj in regards to getting meds for her tonsillitis he then proceeded to berate her by calling her a child and then told her to grow up. Very unprofessional and rude. Working a general practice myself I find this completely unacceptable!

Been a patient for the last 20 years and never had an issue. Receptionists always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

So far so good. A million times more efficient than my last GP. Their reception staff are fantastic and answer the phone promptly. Phoned for an appointment at 8am and was given telephone appointment for 10. Spoke to GP who said she needed to see me in person - then she offered an appointment for less than a week later. At the other practice I'd have been lucky to get one in 3 weeks.
