Extremely rude manager! Ive never been spoken to like that in a customer service environment. Such a terrible and sarcastic attitude! Will be speaking to Argos customer services.

Shelby was amazing! Helped me find my product with out an FT code and carried a very heavy microwave out to my car for me! All with a smile on her face!

Two stars as Ive used this store for a few successful transactions but the recent one almost left me leaving one star. Tried to return a wicker basket that broke as soon as I lifted the lid for the first time, the manager in store told me I couldnt have the delivery charge refunded because the petrol had been spent already and also refused to accept it was faulty, as apparently plenty of customers would have found this acceptable to break at first use. I quoted consumer rights act at him and he didnt care at all. I went outside and called customer services who immediately apologised and offered to collect the item (more petrol used ) to save me going back in, all whilst issuing a full refund. So in short, in this store at least, the customer isnt always right.even when he is.
