London Road Dental Practice

I have literally just got back from having a broken tooth filled and I am so pleased with the service that I received I just felt it was really important to let people know how good London Road Dental Practice is. I do get nervous when having dental treatment and as a result have always had to be sedated in the past. However, having seen Jazz previously for check ups I felt quietly confident that I would be able to have the work done without sedation. I was absolutely right! Jazz made sure that I was completely at ease before doing anything and both he and his lovely nurse Anne chatted to me and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Jazz was absolutely brilliant, very calm, reassuring, gentle and communicated to me throughout the process. I can honestly say I did not feel a thing ...amazing! They are a very professional team and work so well together. Iola is the first point of contact for the practice and is always so helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend London Road dental Practice.

I cry when I walk into a dentist! So I dont go! Or didnt go! I took a big leap making an appointment here and even then wasnt sure I would actually turn up. Im glad I did. Jazz is amazing with me - and Im petrified! Ive had a fair bit done now and dont cry anymore! If you are nervous in any way - hes your man!!

I called 3 times in the past 6 months to make an apointment and they say they will call me back but they failed every time. When I called today to complaint the dentist was more interested to boast about her heritage rather than put things right

I went to my local NHS dentist, with tooth ache. They could not find anything wrong with my teeth. So I traveled 3 hours by car to London Road Dental Practice , because they were highly recommended. London Road Dental Practice , found the problem and explained why I was having trouble with my teeth . They were professional and made me feel special and fixed the problems I was having with my teeth.

I took my two grandchildren, one of whom has special needs, to the dental surgery yesterday for their first visit. The dentist introduced himself as Jazz (please forgive me if I have mis-spelt the name but I see other reviewers have spelt it that way). I had some trepidation about the little girl with special needs as I wasn't sure how co-operative she would be but I found Jazz to be kind and understanding and he did manage to get her to open her mouth for him. I really felt comfortable with the kind way he handled the children and we all came away feeling good about the visit. I feel the children are in very good hands which is a relief to me as my own early life was one of feeling dread with every visit to the dentist! I would most definitely recommend this surgery for treating children.
