        Really bat service, I have been waiting for more than a year to come to repair a window. I spent the whole winter trying to figure out how to keep my flat warm. Especially, when you have a child with asthma. They agreed to contact me after my complaint, and I'm still waiting. Many problems in the flat where I lived. And the worst of all is that the building is only three years old and they closed the gardens because the floor it has is not safe. How can this happen after three years?

        No accountability, complete disregard for their tenants wellbeing and their homes. Patronising staff with little awareness of their obvious lack of management and their inability to know how to solve any problems! I honestly couldnt believe how many times they have demonstrated incompetence to the point I dont bother ringing. Absolute waste of taxpayers money. All those fancy expensive offices yet they all work from home and you can never get through to anybody relevant. Shambolic.
