I started working with Carli because certain tasks in my business were taking me a long time to do and making me feel frustrated and fed up. I also felt I was so bogged down with admin tasks that I was no longer looking at the bigger picture of my business as a whole. Carli has helped with the growth of my business, seeing a broader picture, accountability for things that I say I will do, and has streamlined my business. Carlis style is informal yet very professional, and not scary to work with. I feel I know her really well after working with her for years, and can ask anything at whatever time! I trust her advice and judgment and I know that she cares about me and my business. Carlis attention to detail is fantastic and shes one of the most organised people I know. She has a lot of experience and a very common sense approach, with a good way of simplifying and explaining things. She goes above and beyond with what we are working on, not just focussing on one thing but seeing how it fits with other aspects of the business and the way I work, ensuring it makes sense as part of a bigger picture and fits with the plans. Her clarity is remarkable. Working with Carli has given me far more time to work on other parts of my business. I have more time for things like forward planning, marketing, and actually seeing clients, knowing that Carli is working out lots of stuff in the background. I am also less frustrated at things that I am not very competent at and don't like doing. Having a regular business review gives me a 'kick up the bum, remotivates me and I feel that I am not working in isolation. I am very happy with the support I get, it is good value for money and I wouldn't be where I am today without working with Carli.

Carli is amazing! If you are overwhelmed, don't know what to do first or how to move your business forward whilst keeping your sanity, then Carli is the person you need. She is honest, warm and gives you just the right amount of accountability to get your plans into place and grow your business exactly the way you want to. She's a business fairy godmother!

I can highly recommended having a session with Carli from Synergy Business Success. I booked an hour slot with her to work on something specific relating to Facebook and she was really helpful and patient when explaining things. I did a Power Hour with Carli yesterday and she was so helpful! She went through everything I needed to do to set up Mailerlite, answered all of my questions and helped me to feel so much more confident about my project. She has a great way of explaining things step by step and she's very calm and patient. I would really recommend her.
