I started working with Dave Buttler in January this year and my only wish is that I had done this sooner! Whilst I'm an expert in my field, I have been struggling with running the business side of things. I embarked on Dave's one-to-one business coaching and in three months I not only feel more confident, I have made great improvements in my business and myself, as well as seeing an increase in sales and my profit. I still have a way to go until I reach my goals and I am really enjoying the learning process along the way. Dave makes you feel at ease and is a clear expert in his field. I can highly recommend him to anyone who needs some help with moving their business forward to where they want it to be. Dave at DBL Consulting was my coach for 6 months and he really helped me improve key aspects of my business. After being self employed for nearly 10 years I thought I knew how to run my business but the skills Dave taught me have really helped me to drive sales and be much more consistent and confident. I started working with Dave 1 year ago and at the time I was working 12-14 hour days, stressed, tired, I had no money to show for it and my company wasn't where I wanted it to be, something had to change. I sat down with Dave and discussed what I wanted in 12 months time,where i wanted the company to be and we came up with a plan as to how we would achieve this. 12 months on and I have had my best year ever, still very busy but have money in the bank, cleared my debts and I am still owed invoices!!! We are now working on a 5 year plan. Dave not only helps your business but also changes your mindset and how you think and see things. I would highly recommend his services.
