We moved into a place where they were the builders. Poor workmanship, they use contractors with little or no quality control. I keep having to request them to come back for adjustments, and while some do get done, others get delayed and delayed, with major ones getting ignored. Fixtures used are not from UK vendors, so any issue means we can not get spare parts. They rely on their site managers to do all the responding, and there is no "aftercare" team at all.
