I was put forward to capital services ltd by my insurer they were fantastic from the start.they sent in the electrician's to make sure my property was safe and then a full survey was taken out by Sean lambett.He dealt with my claim quickly and got me the funds needed to get the work done . Poor poor service. Soo slow and not up to point. Sean couldn't even get the window measurements right nevermind anything else. Ryan sent people to paint my bedroom when it was meant to be the kitchen! Jokers. AVIVA /HSBC PLEASE STOP using these guys for your and everyone's sake. Just pay us the Cash settlement rather than make us suffer

My experience with capital services was excellent from Jemma in the office Sean the accessor who carried out the survey The work carried out was excellent by Arron Thomas was fantastic was on time very professional finish and quality work highly appreciated of his work. His work standard is excellent kept the area very clean and cleared the debriss after the work was completed Would like to say the painters were just fantastic No mess kept it very clean Arron came back after the painting was finished and did the electrical work Thank you so much for providing such good and excellent work force who are a credit to the organisation
