        Lock Cottage - Grand Union Canal Ben did a fantastic job at our property - Complete dig out of basement to convert four foot storage to a seven foot beautiful lounge - retaining walls - excellent planning - worked diligently with planning authorities as we are both listed (Grade 2) as well as next to the grand union canal - hence double planning headaches. I assure you the headaches were all dealt with by Ben and his team - nothing was too much troubled and we have a fantastic end result. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous throughout Could not be happier - HIGHLY recommended Allan Van As
