        The standards have really dropped at this Costa Coffee and with no other Costa shops in Hemel Hempstead, were stuck with the poor service and poor quality drinks being made here. Drinks are not hot and lack coffee - theyre just a milky solution. There is one dark haired girl that has the inability to smile or even be polite to customers and unfortunately the manager is unable to see how poorly run this shop is! How is Costa Coffee allowing such poor service to continue at a store that is just several miles from its head office?
