Great team. Great communication. Modern ways of working. When I first started using SAS Micro I had a pretty average history with another online digital accountancy practice. I often found that the processes used were behind the times and difficult to follow. It ends up being a massive chore that inevitably gets put on the do-it-later pile. The result can be quite painful when you are at the sharp end of a late VAT payment SAS Micro have been exemplary in providing a simple and effective customer experience which translates into stress free accounting not something I could not have imagined several years back. You get access to an online portal where you can upload supporting files and sign any accounting documents digitally. The digital aspect is nicely complimented by the right level of support and communication from the team. Whether that be educational material on using the portal or gentle reminders about the impending deadlines. I really cant recommend them highly enough and if youre looking for a refreshing accountancy experience give them a try!

Cant thank SAS Micro for all that they do. Starting a business is scary & they really lifted a huge weight off my shoulders, especially when accounts etc are alien to me. Ive mostly been dealing with Ellie, who is always super helpful & responsive. She goes above & beyond to ensure I can digest the information if ever I need help with something. Highly recommend!

When starting out a new business, to say things are overwhelming would be an understatement. Thankfully with SAS Micro I know I am getting the support I need. They can't do enough and they understand the pressures and lack of headspace that comes with starting something new for the first time. They are professional with great communication. A big thank you personally to Joseph and Dylann who have been amazing so far. Highly recommended!

Overcharged, made constant errors in the accounts, made vat errors, we had to sack them and employ new accountants to sort out the mistakes made by this company, stay away from them, will cost you more in the long run
