Huge fan of Keith and this company which we found through Google. We were panicking as we had spilled tea on our bedroom carpet and headboard, and it wouldn't come out with normal cleaner. It's wool carpet so not easy to clean. Keith came out early this week, had a look, gave us a very reasonable quote there and then and came back today to do the work. He's done a superb job, the carpets have come up beautifully as has the headboard, he certainly put a shift in (it's much harder work/takes longer than I would have imagined - but he has obviously been meticulous). We are delighted, very trustworthy and happy to have found someone local we can trust the next time we inevitably spill something! THank you Keith. Crystal cleaning services. Keith, cleaned the whole of the upstairs carpets. He is very thorough and was way beyond what I expected. I am so pleased. My carpet looks and feels like new. For a very small fee added, he also deoderised them with a pleasant light fresh fragrance. Definitely worth having. He really takes his work seriously and will spend time getting out stubborn stains and marks without upsetting the fabric. The machine he uses pulls out all the dirt and lifts the pile back up. At the end, seeing the black/brown water that came out of the machine (which is like a small tank) was rather fascinating. Keith is such an easygoing friendly fellow. I will be asking him back to clean my dad's carpet. Great value. I highly recommend this company. Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal
