It was a pleasure to use Palmers Mitsubishi in Hemel. The service I received from the initial phone call to having some works carried out on my vehicle was second to none. I would like to particularly mention SHANA HARRISON Service Advisor who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me. SHANA went the extra mile and delivered fantastic customer service. I will not hesitate to use Palmers Mitsubishi and 100% recommend this branch. Thanks again SHANA, you are amazing!!!

Asked them to repair the heating in my Mitsubishi car earlier this year. I had taken it to other garages who would merely clean the filter and flush the system and it would work for a couple of months before running cold again. Took it here to get it fixed once and for all. I was quoted 950 to fix the heating, a lot but worth it to finally fix the issue as it was sometimes dangerous when you couldn't de-mist the windscreen. Promised 12 months warranty on the work. Once completed, it ran cold again after a couple of months, took it back and said they had miss diagnosed the issue and it would cost another 5.5k to fix the issue! I complained that if I knew it would cost 6.5k in total I wouldn't have spent 950 in the first place but they just kept insisting there was a bent pipe which needed to be fixed. In my opinion I was quoted 950 to fix the heating, not 950 to fix a bent pipe (which apparently makes no difference if bent or not). Asked for a refund and they refused, escalated to the manager who also refused. Asked for a partial 50/50 refund, also flat out refused. I will be investigating my options with The Motor Ombudsman. Would never recommend this place.
