        WEL BM was recommended by a friend. It was easy to order what I wanted online and delivery came next day. I happened to be out when it arrived but the driver went above and beyond to make the delivery and in the place that I had requested. Couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely use again.

        One of the planks was damaged. Delivery driver extremely rude. Dumped the wood in a very inconvenient place. Refused to deliver to entrance at the end of the garden despite still counting as kirbside delivery. Climbed on our delicate wooden gate without permission or giving us time to unlock it. When I called the store, Chris promised faithfully to call back but two weeks later and no call. Hugely disappointed and would never use them again or recommend them.
