Really beautiful dresses available, spoilt for choice! Had a selection of plus sized dresses which is great, as I was dreading going to a wedding dress shop as a plus sized girl. Katie was so welcoming and made the whole experience relaxing and fun. She just knows what works and her attention to detail is amazing. The bridal store is so lovely and welcoming and her choice of dresses is incredible. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Hello everyone, I want to recommend to all of you this wedding centre, as it has the most beautiful dresses i have seen up till now, my dress looks amazing, and was adjusted to fit me perfectly. Very nice team, very patient employees when you want to try more dresses to choose the one. Visiting this wedding centre you will be very pleased with the offers and multiple choices. Thank you

If I could give this place no stars I would not only did they stress me out before my wedding with trying to charge me for something I was told was included in the price of the dress and instead of believing me when I said I was told this when I 1st went into the shop they believed thier employer even though I had proof of this being said with a text. They also seemed to get me mixed up with another bride because we had the same first name. I have also been getting emails n phone calls trying to schedule dress fittings for a dress they do not have anymore as I got it at the beginning of the year for my wedding 5 months ago. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this store to shop for a dress yes they have nice dresses in stock but it is not worth the stress when you are planning a wedding.

My partner visited this wedding shop after unfortunately being let down by travelling to Hemel Hempstead to search for wedding dresses she had previously seen in another shop. She did not want it to be a wasted trip so thought she would pop in to have a look. Upon walking in, the shop floor worker was very rude & abrupt, not really wanting to help and said that she probably wouldn't be able to afford one in this shop. Don't know why this was a factoring point, as my partner had only visited there to browse, and also wanted it to be bought together with a good cause, but by saying this it seemed almost an attempt to get her to leave instead of trying to help or giving advice. Strongly discourage going here if you're looking for genuine help.
