Thank you so much, Pete. I was struggling with an injury for 2 years and regularly experienced pain in my knee. After I went to a few sessions the pain massively decreased and with the recommended exercises the pain is going away.

I have been working with Retrain Pain for a mixture of physical and emotional problems and also used a number of his meditations as the main for of treatment and found them incredibly powerful and effective. I like the fact that you can do them as little or as much as you like and they are flexible in how you use them. I have been able to apply them into my daily routine without it feeling like a chore. And the results have been beyond my expectations. So thank you to Retrain Pain and all I can say to those considering it is don't put a limit to what you and your body can heal and do.

Im 17 years old and stepped into a gym the first time back in january of 2020. I have been powerlifting for a little over 7 months now and out of all 3 lifts, the squat is my worst and comes least natural to me. On top of this, my patella tendons dont like bearing the weight that I need to do without giving me a great deal of pain. This is where Pete (the magician) comes in. He prescribed me some mobility work that I can do at home and to warm up prior to squats. After just 2 days of doing them im already seeing improvements to how my knees can tolerate squat loads without giving me a lot of pain. Bare in mind, i have not been able to squat without knee pain for at least a year, and all it took was 2 days. Pete is very knowledgeable on anything from soft tissues, joints and muscles so there is nothing that he cannot fix for you. Once you have experienced the differences he can make for the first time, you will too consider him a magician.

Pete was able to help me out at short notice between 70.3 triathlons, when I had a months wait for a physio appointment through work. Pete diagnosed my problem and directed me to relevent exercises to relive the pain, so successfully that my pain had gone by the time my work physio got around to looking at it. This was especially appreciated as it allowed me to get back to training as quickly as possible. Thanks Pete!
