Arch 3D Brows

I trained last month in December and Im so happy I chose arch 3d brows to learn Henna brows. Najee is an amazing teacher and mentor, genuinely wants to see all her students do well and is so encouraging. I love how small and intimate the class size was and the course itself is very detailed, and jam packed with everything she knows. She literally gives you all the tools and resources to start right away and access to her online version which is also very detailed and a great addition alongside attending the course. Love the arch 3d brow products and tools too. Thank you for everything!

This lady is the very definition of an Instagram diva. Filled with self importance and lacking in customer service. I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment (there is a 15 min grace period according to her terms) and she refused to let me in. She was so incredibly rude. She left me standing outside and wouldnt let me enter the building, then refused to carry out my treatment and kept my money. I called PayPal whilst I was standing in front of her door and they immediately refunded me. It still doesnt make up for the 1.5 hours I travelled to see her (each way) or for the way she treated me. FYI to the owners response - this happened pre-lockdown. You are the owner and you were the person I dealt with - not a member of staff. If you dont remember this specific incident, it must happen often with your clients and Im not surprised.

Absolutely loved the end results. My Brow Technician was friendly, professional and very calming. The studio was amazing and very relaxing. I have one eye lower than the next so it can be difficult getting rheum symmetrical and she did a wonderful job.

I absolutely LOVEDD the result!! So amazing my eyebrows have never looked better. She was very lovely and made me feel welcome. Place was clean and sterile. Definitely would come again. Highly recommended!
