        I do not like to write negative reviews but feel I should save people the time and utter waste of money this place is. I did speak to the owner before posting this and she seemed adamant that everything was just fine, offered no apology let alone a refund! My daughter and her friend both booked in for a trial hair and make up session at a cost of 40 each! To say that my six year old grandson could do a better job would be an understatement. My daughter looked like she had been out the night before and slept with her makeup on. Inferior products and if the staff do hold any sort of hair or make up certification from any recognised organisation I would be shocked. I think they should rename the place "Pulled through hedge backwards" as that is how they both looked on leaving
