The owners turn up very late leave you waiting outside. When you are in the salon the woman owner is arrogant and ignorant not a very nice person. I give her a compliment on how well she did a patten on my nails she told me not to compliment her. In a very horrible manner She went all weird on me talking absolute nonsense it was weird behaviour. They talk in there own language to each other dont talk to you no communication with clients what so ever. The place is cold not very clean. customer service is disgusting to be honest they don't care about there clients. The conversation I had with her about the compliment was weird ramblings of a mad woman. definitely some crazy issues there thats for sure

I got my nails done last Sunday, I had to look for nearest nail shop that was still open and my usual wasnt open. When I arrived at Lexis it was as completely empty, the owners was really welcoming offering me drinks, a man did my nails, as was really nice , followed what I wanted, how ever I was abit sceptical as I never been here and I was told to pay up front, the woman re assured me and said dont worry we do good job, the man did do a good job, the only fault at the time I had was he didnt ask me whether I wanted a new nail on my thumb which needed a new one, he was going to leave it blank, so I had to tell him. The other fault is week later the nails dont seem strong and already are peeling like they are cheap acrylics? Disappointing as they were nice people. But I wont be coming there again.x
