        I went to Ambers Studio fir a course of Caci treatment as the manager there looked at my issues and told me that the Caci treatment would "definitely make a difference". I had 6 out of 10 treatments (as my course was interrupted by covid). The treatment made absolutely NO difference. I was treated by two junior members of staff, one of which was so rough with my face, that she made my eyes water and it was painful. The manager offered me treatment with herself (which I had already paid for anyway). If the treatment had needed to be done by herself then I should have had her to start with. I had to email on several occasions to chase my complaint and on each occasion, I was met with arguments. Their customer service was abysmal. I paid 680 for a course of 10 treatments and I only had 6. I was very reasonable and asked for a refund of 400 WHICH THEY REFUSED. I finally got a refund of 340 (after a lot of arguing). If they had been more understanding and reasonable, I would not have been writing this review. I would not go to them again; nor would I recommend them.
