        What a shambolic place. Frustrated. They don't know their ** from their elbow. Given one piece of information. An hour later told it was wrong. Don't they want my money???? Walked out in disgust.

        Never enough staff. Shoddy service. If your a small business owner avoid at all costs. Their app is an absolute joke. Moved my account to HSBC as rates, service and app on a different level. Pathetic.

        Useless. Closed all day Wednesday. You can't get more than 2k in cash unless you arrive between 12 & 2pm as they have nobody behind the counter. A person has to help you use the automated machines! Nobody knows where to queue. What a waste of time.
