        Comserve (Havant) should be Wontserve leighpark council came out & completed a survey to install an extractor to my wet room,I actually herd the surveyor raise the order on his phone informing them that the vent would need to go out through the roof.The day before comserve had an appointment to fit it I got a call telling me that they only had a few core cutters & that they would all be in use.I stopped him & told him why he wouldnt need one & was then informed that they might be late. On the day of the appointment Igave them 30 mins & then rang,to be told we said we might be late.Might be late not would !! I was then informed that were going to be late !! Finally the electrician came and did a very good job.Then informed me that it would be 6 days before a roofer could come and fit the vent in the roof !!! So the works still arnt complete.
