Karen is fantastic, she's very professional, personable and helps build a care plan that involves the correct treatment for you and routines to use inbetween. I've had back issues for the last 3 months and following 3 cupping sessions with Karen and following simple advice I feel stronger than ever. Now doing acupuncture with Karen which is going great too. Highly recommend!

I visited Karen for acupuncture towards the end of my pregnancy to primarily help with induction and I am so happy that I did. As someone who had not tried acupuncture before, I found the sessions hugely beneficial and I am without doubt that they helped towards a smooth induction process. I have enjoyed massages with Karen but have recently discovered cupping. It seems to penetrate deep into the muscle and spaces in-between. I will definitely go again.
