        AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Certain staff member(s?) are completely elitist in what is an extremely niche business. Totally unhelpful, pretentious and stuck up. Shocked that I wasn't an expert in the world of acoustic testing? I doubt I'd be asking for help if this was the case On top of this, delayed testings for 3 months and tried catching me out with extra costs for just about everything. Save yourself from pulling your hair out and go elsewhere
