I set up a limited company with them back in 2017 and stopped using their services shortly after, and stopped contracting in general. However, they have continued to submit payroll details for my limited company to HMRC claiming I was receiving a consistent salary from the Ltd from 2017 up to present day, which was false! This has created a outstanding tax liability which HMRC claim I owe. When I tried to call them to resolve the issue I was in the call queue for 1 hour, and still nobody picked! No response to emails either. I would avoid using them in the future!
