        Helen is a great teacher and the classes are really fun, something different every week. Ive also had a few treatments and can honestly say Ive felt so much better after each one. Helen has so much knowledge and explains everything so you can understand. I highly recommend both the classes and the treatments.

        Love this Pilates class., Helen is so friendly and puts everyone at ease. Ive been doing Pilates on and off for the past 12 years at various venues and instructors,but this is definitely the best one.

        I stopped Pilates 5 years ago after a knee replacement. However Helen is very patient, explains each exercise fully and offers alternatives for those of us with various problems. Really have enjoyed returning to Pilates . Thanks Helen.
