Very shocked to hear the waiting staff come out to the next table and say look at the menu it says be patient if busy and you have been only waiting 15 mins . Never ever heard this before and I think that is quite rude

The first time I visited this place the staff could not have been nicer and so I have returned several times with different members of my family and did so again today . I am limited food choice-wise and they didnt have my first choice of soup which is fine but they then said they didnt have enough of my 2nd choice to make a full portion , I didnt want much at all so asked how much there was and the reply was not enough that I will serve I was obviously a bit taken aback and said I didnt think there was anything else on the menu I could have, to which both he , I assume the owner / manager and the girl at the till said nothing , just waited for me . No suggestions/alternatives. Maybe theyd had a long busy day and they were closing but very ,very disappointing because they obviously couldnt be bothered with me . Wont be going back or recommending them to anyone else or any of my guests. On the bright side , we found number 12 cafe /bar who were delightful and saved the day with great service and a fab menu and I will definitely be back there instead and recommending them . Tut tut
